Carole Sandberg

Carole Sandberg With over 2000 hours of coaching experience, Carole has worked with executives at all levels, business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, creative people and coaches. She possesses 35 years of experience in small business, the corporate environment, as a successful entrepreneur, creative artist, trainer, mentor and coach. Carole brings her innate intuition, the courage to ask you tough questions and hold you accountable, humour, empathy, creative and practical solutions/results based coaching, and the belief that you are far greater than you realise.

She is happily married, a mother and a grandmother. She has both international and national certification, being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, Washington DC. She also holds the Australian Government Certificate IV in training, assessing, mentoring. She has traveled extensively and is conversant with many different cultures.
