As a coaches' coach and trainer, Tammy has designed and delivered coach-the-coach programs involving integrated group and one-to-one coaching at Cadbury/Kraft and Zinifex Ltd. (both world-wide) and Xplore for Success (AU). As Learning and Development Manager for a large international coaching organisation, Tammy taught and supervised the Asia-Pacific coaches. Leadership and coaching skill are at the core of her development programs, both individually and with groups. A sampling of the many top-tier organisations Tammy has worked with include: the Australian Attorney-General's Department, Australia Gas & Light, Department of Education (WA, SA and NT), Leighton Contractors & Construction (Australia), Nokia Siemens Network (Japan and India), Westpac and finalists for the Telstra Business Women's Awards (both AU). Twenty two years ago, Tammy began her career in the information technology and communications industry, in the top two per cent of sales people worldwide among large multi-nationals including IBM, Lexmark and Sybase. She then took on the challenging role of creating profitable sales and marketing teams both in Australia and the USA, finishing as an executive in the internet industry.
