Charlie Fenech
A gifted communicator, Charlie’s ability to inspire others was
recognized at seventeen when, having achieved his goal
of becoming Australian Junior Singles
Champion and the NSW Captain at his chosen sport, he was asked to coach
at a state level. Success was achieved with his NSW Girl’s team (affectionately
known as Charlie’s Angels) winning the next two Australian titles. More
importantly, this experience provided Charlie with a
glimpse of his true life’s purpose – to
journey with others to the pinnacle of their own potential.
Seeking new challenges, Charlie turned his attention to the business world. Upon completing his commerce marketing degree at UNSW, he entered the highly competitive field of retail marketing where he worked his way from the shop floor through to senior management positions in operations, buying, store design and projects with some of the country’s leading retailers including Woolworths, David Jones and Downtown Duty Free. This experience provided him valuable exposure to a wide range of industries and contexts including toys, liquor, confectionery, fashion, electronics and perfume/cosmetics as well as the opportunity to work within numerous teams which have won awards both nationally and internationally.
Now a father of five amazing children and with qualifications which include business, performance coaching and training, Charlie also brings over thirty years of life experience to his coaching practice. He has been a strategist, teacher, facilitator, presenter, mentor and manager with a wealth of experience in areas as diverse as marketing, resource management, planning and design.
In his coaching sessions, Charlie supports the client to connect with and fully embrace his/her greatest vision or life goal whilst developing an awareness and understanding of any limiting beliefs and processes which impede the path to its achievement. As this awareness grows, the client is personally empowered to address these blocks and progress toward creating lasting positive change in his/her personal life, work life and ultimately that of the general community.
