Karen
is a dynamic and skilled trainer, facilitator and coach and her wide range

In a diverse professional career she has designed and delivered, across
Australia, highly regarded workshops, personal training and coaching in
public performance, voice, creativity, communication, teamwork, performance
management, media skills and leadership.
Karen is also a professional public speaker and a multi award winning
newspaper journalist, radio broadcaster and television producer, researcher
and documentary maker.
She is currently a senior trainer and coach with the Australian Broadcasting
Corporation while maintaining her private clients through her personal
training and coaching business.
