Rick Wineberg, Coaching Australia, Richard WinebergRick Wineberg founded his own coaching and consulting practice in 1990. Focusing on effective individuals, effective leadership and effective organisations – all performing naturally - he has an exceptional 97% client success rate with business owners ’ and executives’ goals.

He attributes this success to a unique mix:

  • Take strong academic qualifications – B.Bus and an MBA in change management;
  • Add both Executive Coaching and Level 3 Life Coaching qualifications;
  • Pour in 23 years executive experience at State, GM and CEO levels in a cross section of companies and industries, (including: Powerprice, the Australian Wheat Board, St John Ambulance, IBM and Rowntree Hoadley, as well as his own toy manufacturing company when he won toy of the year & best educational toy 3 years running);
  • Stir with an intuitive understanding of what makes people and organisations really tick;
  • And the icing on the cake is a record of creative solutions with clients.

In 2005, he published his book "Fractal leadership: What if the way you think about your organisation is wrong?" and is currently researching his next book: "Defining Moments in Leadership".

Behind his Fractal Leadership® registered IP, he is a keynote speaker and conducts Executive Retreats, Seminars and Workshops.

He is on the executive of the International Coach Federation Qld Chapter and is an associate member of the National Speakers Association.
