Vashti Whitfield
Working
for the past 7 years, as a specialist in harnessing human potential,
Vashti has coached, facilitated and consulted to organisations, businesses
and high level professionals across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
She has coached extensively at executive and senior management level, with a focus on unique leadership and performance enhancement; delivering and facilitating Coaching programs that ensure optimum personal growth and professional development.
As a workplace coaching consultant and facilitator, Vashti has also designed and delivered multiple in-house coaching programs. She has trained and mentored over 500 coaches and assisted multiple organisations in adopting a coaching culture.
With a background in advertising, strategic planning and business vision, Vashti is passionate about creative and lateral thinking. Her coaching style offers an out of the box approach; it is fresh and dynamic, with an extensive collection of learning tools and coaching methodologies.
Described as a tough but hugely supportive coach Vashti is often matched with candidates at high level, for whom support, training or co-creation is no longer available.
