Our Executive Coach Certification Programme is accredited with the ICF (international Coaching Federation), and all our Coach Training programmes are in full alignment with the principles and competencies of the ICF. Programmes can be specifically tailored whether the desired outcome is for the Leaders to understand and be able to communicate like a coach, or to be able to operate as a formal coach within the organisation. Our ECCP is Coaching Australia’s flagship programme and is accredited with the International Coaching Federation.
Globally recognized for its effectiveness, executive coaching has become one of the most heavily invested tools in
senior leadership development among the world’s most outstanding organizations. More and more companies are
driving a coaching culture to increase retention, performance and leadership development.
Our cutting-edge program provides thorough and highly experiential training focusing on tools and practical application
of real-life executive coaching scenarios so that you come away fully equipped to operate as an internal or external
coach. It specifically supports leaders who wish to add coaching to their leadership toolkit.
Our ECCP was designed by Lisa Wandl, PCC, in conjunction with Carol Wilson, who worked at board level with Sir
Richard Branson at Virgin, one of the original coaching cultures, and delivered by highly some of the most highly experienced executive coaches and coach trainers in Asia Pacific.
Our 7-day ECCP is broken down into two 3-day face-to-face workshops supported by weekly 2-hour group conference calls between the 2 workshops, followed by 3 additional monthly group mentoring calls and e-mail support.

PERSONALISED PROGRAMMES
Coaching Australia offers highly personalised, very small group Coach Training Programmes that provides tailored training to those who require an efficient, flexible programme that can be moulded to their level of experience and schedule.
These programmes can be operated as a one to one training, though preference is to identify a group of 2 to 3 individuals who can deepen their training experience through experiential work together and sharing of experience and insights. Small group scheduling is dependent on participant availability.
